§ 1 Subject of the Agreement

Angel Success Consulting provides coaching, consulting, and mentoring services aimed at
scaling and developing entrepreneurs. Services may include digital content, live sessions,
individual consulting, and access to exclusive networks and events. All services are governed by
the laws of the United Arab Emirates. No guarantee of specific results is provided.

§ 2 Contract Formation

The contract becomes valid once a written agreement is signed or a purchase is completed via
the website or authorized partner platforms, and the Terms and Conditions are accepted.
Confirmation is provided via email.

§ 3 Scope of Services

The scope of services is defined solely by the selected program and its social description. Angel
Success Consulting reserves the right to adjust content while maintaining the overall nature of the
service.

§ 4 Usage Rights

All materials are protected by intellectual property rights. The client receives a non-transferable
right for personal use only. Violations result in a contractual penalty of €5,000.

§ 5 Access Credentials

Access credentials are confidential and may not be shared. Violations may result in immediate
termination of access without refund.

§ 6 Payment Terms

For all programs, especially high-ticket programs such as the Dubai Docs Fast Track, Skillionairs
Programs, Implementation Program, and similar services, full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. If installment payments are granted, the client is obligated to pay all installments on time. In case of late payment, interest of 10% per year and additional fees apply.
Angel Success Consulting reserves the right to transfer claims to collection agencies at the
client’s expense.

§ 7 Cancellation, Payment Default and Breach of Contract

An ordinary cancellation by the client is only valid if submitted in writing before full service
delivery. In such case, Angel Success Consulting retains the right to 50% of the agreed total fee.
Payments already made will be credited accordingly. No further refunds will be granted.
If the client fails to meet payment obligations or terminates the agreement without proper
cancellation, this constitutes a breach of contract. In such case, 100% of the agreed total fee
becomes immediately due, regardless of whether services have been partially or fully delivered.
Angel Success Consulting reserves the right to terminate services immediately and take legal
action.

This obligation applies regardless of actual service usage.

§ 8 Non-Solicitation

Clients are prohibited from soliciting other participants. Violations result in a penalty of €5,000.

§ 9 Data Protection

Personal data is used solely for contractual purposes.

§ 10 Media Usage

The client agrees that audio and video recordings may be used for marketing purposes without
compensation.

§ 11 Company Formation Add-On

Company formation services are tied to a minimum contract duration. Early termination results in
immediate payment of applicable service fees.

§ 12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by UAE law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Dubai International
Financial Centre (DIFC Courts). This applies internationally and beyond contract termination.

§ 13 No Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal applies as services are strictly B2B.

§ 14 Final Provisions

Amendments must be in writing. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain
unaffected.
