§ 1 Scope of Services
Angel Success Consulting FZCO provides professional coaching and consulting services designed to support entrepreneurs across various industries in developing and growing their businesses.
The program includes access to:
- Online courses
- Live interactive sessions
- Exclusive events
- Networking opportunities
All services are provided in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
No guarantee of specific results or success is given.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded when:
- both parties confirm a signed agreement, or
- a purchase is completed via

- or via partner platforms (e.g. CopeCart, Ziina, Digistore – if used)
Acceptance of these Terms occurs via:
- checkbox confirmation during purchase, or
- signed agreement
The contract is confirmed via email.

§ 3 Scope of Services
The scope of services depends on the booked program and is defined on:
- the official website
- the respective sales or product pages
Services may include:
- Structured course programs
- Worksheets and exercises
- Live sessions
- Events
- Access to a private community
All descriptions on the respective sales pages are binding.

§ 4 Provider Obligations
Angel Success Consulting provides:
- access to booked services
- continuous updates and improvements
Participants receive a non-transferable, personal right of use for all content.

§ 5 Participant Access
Participants receive personal login credentials.
- Sharing access is strictly prohibited
- Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund

§ 6 Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full before access is granted
- Payment plans (monthly / yearly) may be offered
In case of delay:
- 10% annual interest may apply
- Administrative fee: 200 AED
Debt collection services may be used; resulting costs are borne by the participant.

§ 7 Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.

§ 8 Prohibition of Solicitation
Participants are prohibited from contacting other members for business or promotional purposes.
Violation results in a contractual penalty of €5,000.

§ 9 Media Usage Consent
Participants agree that:
- audio and video recordings from sessions
- may be used for marketing purposes (including social media)
No compensation claims arise from such use.

§ 10 Intellectual Property
All content provided remains the intellectual property of Angel Success Consulting.
- Use is strictly limited to personal purposes
- Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited
Violation results in a contractual penalty of €5,000.

§ 11 Company Formation Add-On (IFZA & Freezones)
11.1 Scope
Angel Success Consulting may offer support for company formation in IFZA or other Freezones as a complimentary add-on.
Only official government fees apply.
11.2 Minimum Collaboration Requirement
The free service applies only if the client maintains collaboration for at least 12 months.
11.3 Early Termination
If the client terminates early, the following service fees may be charged:
- Company formation: 1,800 AED
- License renewal: 1,500 AED
- Additional services (e.g. visa, labour card): from 800 AED
11.4 Payment Due
Fees become due immediately upon termination.

§ 12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC Courts).
This clause survives termination of the agreement.

§ 13 Right of Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal applies.
Services are exclusively offered to:
- entrepreneurs
- businesses
- freelancers
Consumers are excluded.

§ 14 Final Provisions
- No verbal agreements exist
- Amendments must be in writing
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
